Terms & Conditions for the Digital Coaching Club

TERMS OF ENROLLMENT (“AGREEMENT”)

Welcome to the Digital Coaching Club! At Lady Wealth Warrior, LLC, we’re all about supporting your growth, empowering your business, and helping you achieve success in your journey. Below are the terms and conditions for enrolling in the Digital Coaching Club. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

SECTION #1: PROGRAM GUIDELINES, PAYMENT TERMS

Program: Digital Coaching Club

Available Subscription Plans: Monthly & Annual Subscription

*Monthly Subscription – The price you agreed to at the time of purchase remains fixed as long as you stay enrolled.

*Annual Subscription – Price per your agreement when you purchase. This annual amount gives you access for the one year of the membership.

By enrolling, you authorize Lady Wealth Warrior, LLC to charge your card for the program costs as outlined above. Payments will be processed securely via credit or debit card, and refunds are not available at any time.

For credit/debit card payments:

*You agree to automatic charges on the due date using the card on file.

*You authorize Lady Wealth Warrior, LLC to charge any and all credit/debit cards provided to cover the full cost.

*It’s your responsibility to keep your payment details updated. The system will charge the card you’ve saved automatically.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. However, if you’re in a current billing period, you need to cancel before it ends to avoid the automatic charges. Once the billing period ends and the monthly charge is applied, there are no refunds for prior payments, even if you forget to cancel. If you cancel within the billing period, you will lose access to the program immediately.

SECTION #2: PARTICIPATION TERMS

We want you to have an amazing experience with us! However, if your participation disrupts the flow of the program or affects others, we reserve the right to remove you without refund or forgiveness of any payments owed. You agree that:

*You will remain respectful and collaborative.

*You will follow the program guidelines and policies.

*You will not harm or disrupt the experience of our team, clients, or other participants.

*You will not reproduce, share, or sell any of the program materials without written permission.

SECTION #3: NON-SOLICITATION

During the program, you agree that you will not:

*Offer services that compete with the Digital Coaching Club.

*Contact, solicit, or try to sell anything to existing clients or members of the program.

SECTION #4: CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

We believe in maintaining a safe space for everyone involved. Anything shared within the program that’s not your own is confidential and must be respected as such. You agree to:

*Treat all information shared by others as confidential, including discussions, ideas, or personal stories.

*Not disclose or use any confidential information for your own benefit outside of program-related discussions.

*Not to share or distribute any proprietary materials or content provided by Lady Wealth Warrior, LLC without written consent.

If you breach these confidentiality terms, Lady Wealth Warrior, LLC and/or other program members are entitled to seek legal action.

SECTION #5: PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. While we don’t expect frequent changes, we do reserve the right to make updates to these documents at any time. We encourage you to review them regularly.

SECTION #6: PROGRAM CONTENT

The Digital Coaching Club program includes all the materials and resources to help you create and sell your own digital products. All content provided is for your personal use and is intended to support your journey. You agree that:

*You will not sell, record, share, or teach program content to others without written permission.

*Your success depends on your commitment and willingness to take action. We don’t guarantee specific results.

*You are responsible for how you choose to implement the teachings in your business.

SECTION #7: RIGHT TO USE NAME & LIKENESS

By enrolling, you consent to the use of your name, photo, video, testimonial, and bio by Lady Wealth Warrior, LLC for promotional, educational, marketing, or other business purposes. You agree that:

*Your likeness may be used across any medium, including online platforms and print, without restriction.

*You waive any rights to royalties or claims for such use.

SECTION #8: TERMS OF SALE

All program purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. You agree to:

*Make payments on time as outlined in Section 1. If payments are not received as scheduled, you may be removed from the program.

*Waive any rights to dispute or request chargebacks through your payment provider.

*Acknowledge that all payments made are valid, and no claims for errors, fraud, or unreceived services will be accepted.

By enrolling in the Digital Coaching Club, you understand and agree to the terms laid out above. We’re excited to help you grow your business and support you every step of the way!
